Offered as a for-credit elective course in partner high schools, the College and Career Program works with Juniors and Seniors to plan and prepare for their transition into their career pathway. JAG Coordinators continue to follow up with their students for 12 months after graduation in order to ensure JAG students successfully engage in employment and/or post secondary education.

JAG has a long history of helping our students achieve success during and after high school. The success of our students is measured 12 months after graduation.
