Middle School to High School Transition
Our Middle to High School Transition program is designed to improve high school graduation rates by bolstering academic, social, and emotional readiness during a critical phase for students. By identifying students facing academic and/or personal challenges, we offer critical academic support, resilience-building activities, and career exploration to emphasize the importance of high school education.

This program is seamlessly integrated into the school day and is executed in partnership with middle and high schools across Arizona.

College and Career Readiness
The College and Career Readiness program, a for-credit elective offered in partner high schools, supports Juniors and Seniors as they prepare for their future careers. In addition, JAG Specialists maintain contact with students for 12 months post-graduation, ensuring successful engagement in employment or further education.

Our program's success is reflected in the achievements of our students, which we measure 12 months after their graduation.

University of Phoenix LEADS
Each year, Eight (8) JAG students are selected to enhance their leadership training through the University of Phoenix LEADS Program. LEADS participants receive additional leadership training, plan and execute statewide events, and represent JAG Arizona at national events like the National Student Leadership Academy in Washington D.C. and the National Career Development Conference.

The program thrives through University of Phoenix’s financial support and mentorship. These mentors offer LEADS students guidance, encouragement, and professional insights.
