This inspiring event brings together employer partners, students, educators, and community champions for a powerful day of recognition, networking, and impact.

Event Details

In the morning, JAG students will take part in a guided ASU West campus tour and group photo, giving them the opportunity to envision their future in higher education.

- Welcome remarks from JAG student leadership
- Etiquette Dining Training for students hosted by Melissa Gotia from Arizona State University
- Keynote alumni/partner story highlighting the power of mentorship and career opportunities
- Pathway Makers Award Presentations honoring outstanding companies and volunteers
- Recognition of our partners who support JAG’s mission statewide

Closing & Networking

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM - After the program, students and employer partners will have the chance to connect directly during open networking sessions for meaningful conversations and future opportunities.

Recognizing Partners who have provided Career Exploration Opportunities to JAG participants through guest speaking, Participant-Designed Event, Business Tours, Career Assessment, or Pathway Sharing.

EXPERIENCE AWARD

Recognizing Partners who have provided Career Experience Opportunities to JAG participants to gain personalized hands-on experience, through Industry-Designed Conference or Training, Information Interview, Practicum Internship, Apprenticeship, Volunteer Opportunity, Informal Mentorship, or Specialist Externship

CAREER PATHWAY AWARD

Recognizing Partners who have provided Career Pathway Opportunities to JAG participants to follow within their desired Career Pathway and actualize their Individual Development Plan and sets them up for long-term success. As a JAG Partner you have provided opportunities through Certification, Credential, Continuing Education, or Employment in Career Pathway

IMPACT AWARD

Recognizing Partners who; Inspire Improvement, Motivate the Mission, embody Philanthropic Practices, Affirm Actions, participate in generous Charitable Contributions and deliver on Talented Teamwork.

EXPOSURE AWARD

Recognizing Partners who have provided Career Exposure Opportunities to JAG participants to learn deeper, through Interactive Business Tours, Job Shadowing, Industry Designed Event, Virtual Webinar, Online or In-person training
