Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Career Advancement Network (SNAP CAN) is Arizona’s community-based employment and training program that provides employment readiness services to eligible SNAP (government food assistance) recipients. To be eligible for this program, you must be between the ages of 16 - 24 years old and receiving SNAP benefits.
