A for-credit elective where certified teachers help students overcome obstacles, build confidence, graduate ready, and create a successful path beyond high school.

The Jobs for Arizona's Graduates (JAG) program at Career Success School is designed for students who are ready to take the next step toward graduation and a brighter future. As an alternative education campus, Career Success School provides students with the opportunity to reset, refocus, and move forward. JAG builds on that opportunity by helping students develop the skills, confidence, and support system they need to achieve their goals.

Through hands-on learning, career exploration, leadership development, and individualized guidance, students gain practical skills that prepare them for college, technical training, military service, or entering the workforce.

Mario Tsosie

As the Career Success School JAG Specialist, Mario Tsosie serves as both a certified teacher and mentor, helping students discover their strengths, build resilience, and prepare for life after high school.

Mario works alongside each student to create personalized goals, develop workplace and leadership skills, and navigate challenges while celebrating every success along the way.
