Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates (JAG) values donor privacy. This policy applies to all information received by JAG, both online and offline, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

What Information is Collected: JAG collects personal data through email subscriptions, online donation services, postal and electronic mail, and event registration. Only information submitted voluntarily by users is collected. This information may include: first and last names, email addresses, telephone numbers, companies, positions, and physical addresses. Event specific information pertaining to an individual’s attendance may also be collected. Names of spouses, foundations, and contributors may be collected in order to receive recognition for a gift. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider (e.g. paypal), our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

Digital Information: JAG may also collect information from your browser including IP addresses, domain names, and similar items regarding users of this to measure such things as the number of visits, pages visited, average time spent on this site, and similar items. JAG may also use IP addresses to diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.

How Information is Used: JAG uses individuals’ information in order to process donor transactions, update individuals on JAG events and news, and general communication. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes.

Donor Recognition: JAG sometimes recognizes donors by including names and/or corporate logos in printed materials, newsletters, on, and in social media. If a donor wishes to remain anonymous please contact JAG for more information.

Sharing of Donor’s Information: JAG will not sell, lease, share, or exchange donor lists or donor personal information with any other organization. JAG also will not send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. In addition, we reserve the right to use and share your information in the event we believe doing so may be required by law, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.

Security: JAG takes reasonable steps to maintain security of personal information that you provide to us. Although JAG takes these steps to safeguard your personal information, no system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In addition, JAG does not control website or other security measures of third parties who support our website.

Modifications: JAG may amend this privacy policy from time to time; please review it periodically. JAG maintains the option to modify this privacy at any time by electronic notice posted on our website.
