JAG Class of 2025 Achieves 100% Graduation Rate

Class of 2025 Coronado High School Students Graduation May 2025

One year after graduation, JAG continues to follow our graduates as they take their next steps into employment, further education, military service and adulthood. The latest results show that JAG students don't just graduate from high school; they are moving forward on their pathways to success.

The Class of 2025 achieved amazing results during the most critical year following graduation:

100% graduated on time!
73% of graduates were employed
86% of employed graduates were working full-time
58% were pursuing further education
91% achieved a positive outcome, meaning they were engaged full-time in employment, education, military service or a combination of these pathways

These outcomes represent hundreds of young people across Arizona who worked their first full-time job, attended their first day of college, career training, military service, and more!

We are grateful to the educators who ensure our graduates have a smooth transition into adulthood and are their for them as they take those first steps. JAG Specialists stay connected to their graduates, checking in regularly and helping them navigate life for 12 months following graduation.

That can mean helping a graduate find a job, preparing for an interview, navigating college enrollment, connecting them with resources or simply being the trusted person they can call when plans change.

That continued relationship allows JAG to measure something beyond graduation: whether young people are successfully moving toward the futures they worked to build while in high school.

At the 2026 JAG Career Development Conference, Coolidge High School JAG was named a 2026 Program of the Year, recognizing the commitment and achievement demonstrated by its students throughout the school year. Coolidge High School will host the 2026 Celebration of Success, bringing together students, JAG Specialists, school and district leaders, employer partners, funders, board members and supporters to recognize another year of impact.

National 6 of 6 Recognition

JAG Arizona's success was also reflected nationally, with our programs earning recognition for achieving performance benchmarks across JAG National's six key measures of success: graduation, connectivity, employment, full-time employment, positive outcomes and further education. Achieving 6 of 6 recognition requires more than a successful senior year; it shows a JAG specialist's ability to help students graduate and successfully transition into the next phase of their lives.

The 2026 National 6 of 6 Award-winning Arizona programs are:

Camp Verde High School, Coolidge High School, Copper Canyon High School, Coronado High School, Gila Bend High School, Paradise Valley High School, Santa Cruz Valley Union High School, Shadow Mountain High School, Sunrise Mountain High School, Tolleson Union High School, Tonopah Valley High School, West Point High School and Wickenburg High School.

JAG Arizona Leaders Earn National Recognition

Several members of the JAG Arizona family also received special national recognition for their work:

Aaron Gronwald received the JAG Advantage Implementer Award
Catherine Sommer received the Data Integrity & Excellence Award
Jesus Rubalcava received the Employer & Community Impact Award
JAG Arizona Alumni Association received the JAG Cornerstone Award, recognizing the growing role alumni are playing in strengthening the JAG community and creating opportunities for graduates to remain connected and give back.
Trinetta Lipsey and Shi Pillars received the JAG National Faculty Award for their contributions to training and supporting JAG educators.

Recognizing the Specialists Behind Student Success

We also recognized Specialists whose work earned Gold, Silver and Bronze Outstanding Specialist awards.

JAG Specialists are teachers in the classroom, but their role extends far beyond instruction. They help students identify barriers, build leadership and employability skills, connect with employers, explore careers, prepare for further education and develop confidence in their ability to succeed.

Gold Outstanding Specialists: Catherine Sommer, Wendy Paez, Holly Gorman, Ryan Klem and Rachel Willis.

Silver Outstanding Specialists: Aaron Gronwald, Donnie Gerhart, Jesus Rubalcava, Krystal Booher, Lindsay Quackenbush, Rich Wellbrock and Juanita Early.

Bronze Outstanding Specialists: Elisha Grant, Cara Schaefer and Chris Sanchez.

Nearly $12 Million in Scholarships for the Class of 2026

As we celebrate the success of the Class of 2025, we are also recognizing the Class of 2026 for earning $11,848,285 in scholarships!

Three programs were recognized as JAG Arizona State Mountain Movers for the scholarship dollars earned by their students:

West Point High School Senior Program — $4,819,950

Paradise Valley High School — $2,302,536

Wickenburg High School — $1,138,700
