Integrity Staffing Solutions Sponsors the 2022 Interviewing Skills Competition at Phoenix College

We are excited to announce this year’s Interviewing Skills Competition is being sponsored by Integrity Staffing Solutions, the engine of opportunity for talent placement across the U.S. The Interviewing Skills Competition is a preliminary event for the annual Career Development Conference (CDC) where employer partners participate as judges for our students as they compete for real-world open positions through mock interviews.

Since the beginning of the school year, JAG students across the state have been participating in project-based learning activities and developing new skills as they prepare for their future careers. Participating employers conduct the interviews, give constructive feedback and advise while offering a chance to gain potential employment after graduation. Students who demonstrate the strongest interview skills at this event will go on to compete as finalists in the employability skills competition at the CDC in April.

In December, Integrity Staffing Solutions announced that David Darnell, Area Manager for the Western Region of the U.S., joined the Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates Board of Directors. “David brings a great perspective to JAG,” Candia said. “We are excited to have his strong business background to support and grow JAG programming.”
