At Jobs for Arizona's Graduates (JAG), we are excited to give a shout to the Now or Never Foundation for their generous support of the JAG program at Shadow Mountain High School. Your unwavering commitment has made a significant difference in the lives of our students, and we are excited to share the incredible outcomes achieved with your support. 

As the JAG program enters its third year at Shadow Mountain High School, we are happy to share the outstanding results from the Class of 2023. The success of these students underscores the important role of targeted support and guidance in their educational and career journeys.  

Here are some of the remarkable achievements: 

• Graduation Rate: 95% 

• Full-Time Employment Rate: 72% 

• Positive Outcome (education, job, military): 95% 

• Further Education: 60% 

• Connectivity Rate (during Follow-Up phase): 100% 

These numbers highlight the effectiveness of the JAG program and the commitment of our students and staff. Our recent recognition at the Jobs for America's Graduates National Training Seminar in Las Vegas further celebrates these achievements. The Shadow Mountain High School JAG program was honored with the national 6of6 Award, a prestigious award that acknowledges our dedication to student success. 

Statewide Recognition 

In addition to the success at Shadow Mountain High School, JAG Arizona received the national 6of6 Award for the exceptional outcomes achieved by the Class of 2023. Here are the impressive statewide statistics: 

• Graduation Rate: 99% 

• Full-Time Employment Rate: 83% 

• Positive Outcome (education, job, military): 96% 

• Further Education: 56% 

These accomplishments are reflective of the collective efforts of our students, staff, and invaluable partners like the Now or Never Foundation. Your support has been instrumental in creating opportunities and fostering success for our students.
