JAG LEADS is more than a program—it’s a life-changing leadership experience for students across Arizona. Each year, JAG students elect state officers who serve as the voice of JAG Arizona, representing thousands of their peers at statewide and national conferences. Through LEADS, students develop critical leadership skills, career readiness, and personal confidence, preparing them to excel in college, careers, and life.

LEADS Students Represent JAG on the National Stage
LEADS students don’t just lead in Arizona—they take their leadership to the national level. JAG Arizona LEADS officers represent the state at the National Student Leadership Academy (NSLA) in Washington, D.C.. Every year, LEADS students travel to the U.S. capital to participate in an advanced leadership academy, learning from industry experts, government leaders, and JAG National executives.

At this premier event, students compete in career readiness competitions, engage with top employers and business leaders, and gain hands-on experience in professional settings.
