NOTE: Only two (2) Applicants per program allowed. If selected as a LEAD, student cannot hold an officer position within their school/program.

Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a JAG Program OR 2024-25 classified Senior enrolled in a JAG Program
• Demonstrated record of commitment to JAG/School (through attendance records, GPA and/or letter of support from Teachers/Administrators)
• Professional attitude and ability to work well with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated worker
• Strong interest and motivation to learn and develop high performance leadership skills
• Reliable transportation is required to monthly in-person meetings and activities
• Must stay motivated and engaged with all program CA activities
• Must increase G.P.A. when applicable
• Should have a non-competing schedule
• Must obtain an Arizona State Identification or Driver's License
• Must be able to travel out of state

LEADS Program Requirements:

1. Monthly In-Person Meetings
2. Monthly Virtual Meetings
3. Participate in public relations event
4. Public speaking required
5. Plan and implement statewide initiatives
6. Participate in News Desk, Faces of JAG and other JAG filming and news stories
