The Leadership Development Conference (LDC) is an annual event held for JAG elected officers and Career/Professional Association members. You can expect to see around 200 students attending the LDC! 

Each Career Association is responsible for developing and implementing a Program of Work (POW). The Program of Work should execute a minimum of two activities in each of the following categories: career, civic, community service, leadership, and social. 

Students should focus on quality of student participation – not quantity of activities. All activities should be selected, planned, and implemented by CA members – using the skills and guidance provided by the JAG Coordinator. Fundraising activities may be completed to support the other POW activities.
