Observers should sit in on workshops and mingle during the opening and lunch sessions, and passing times, to observe students throughout the day.
All Teams are automatically entered into this competition upon arriving at the CDC.
Each Chapter/Program will be judged based on the attitude, behavior, communication and appearance of ALL of their members.
