About JAG Arizona

As a nonprofit organization and an affiliate of the national Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) network, JAG Arizona is dedicated to transforming lives through innovative programs that address the unique needs of students. By partnering with schools, businesses, and communities, we equip Arizona’s youth with life skills, career readiness training, and leadership opportunities that help them thrive in school, work, and life.

Expanding the Vision

In 1980, Arizona embraced the Jobs for America’s Graduates model, focusing initially on high school seniors. A decade later, in 1990, Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates was officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to Arizona’s youth.

Milestones of Success

Over the years, JAG has been a beacon of hope and success for over 45,000 young Arizonans. These individuals have advanced to become professionals in various fields including accounting, nursing, teaching, entrepreneurship, firefighting, and even government leadership.

Consistent Excellence and Recognition

Today, JAG serves more than 1,300 students annually in partner schools. Our proven success rates highlight commitment to excellence. JAG Arizona has not only met but consistently exceeded national standards since 2003.
