At Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates (JAG), we believe in the power of student-driven initiatives to foster essential skills for future success. Each year, our students form a Career Association within their respective JAG programs, a pivotal structure that not only enhances their educational experience but also prepares them for real-world challenges.

Goals and Guidance

Under the guidance of the JAG Coordinator, the Career Association is driven by five fundamental goals, each managed by a student-led committee:
Leadership Development: Enhancing personal and professional leadership capabilities.
Career Development: Preparing for future careers through practical experiences and networking.
Social Awareness: Building empathy and understanding within diverse environments.
Civic Awareness: Encouraging active participation in community and civic engagements.
Community Service: Contributing positively to the community through volunteerism.
These committees are responsible for developing a Program of Work (POW), which includes fundraising activities to support their initiatives.
